🕒 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
✅ Return Conditions
To keep things fair, returned items must be:
- Unworn & unwashed — trying it on indoors is fine, outdoor walks are not
- Hair-free — please lint-roll before returning, we can't accept items covered in pet hair
- Original packaging with all tags still attached
🇪🇺 EU Customers
If you're based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items with visible wear, bite marks, or odours
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Gift cards
🛠️ How to Start a Return
- Email us at doggostyle.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item
- We'll review and send you the return address if approved
- Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status
💸 Refunds
If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at doggostyle.support@gmail.com.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size is to return the item and place a new order. Check our Size Guide before ordering to get the perfect fit for your pup!

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at doggostyle.support@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
